POLICY
The Calla Room is unable to issue refunds on salon services. If you have concerns regarding any service you have received please notify salon management within five (5) business days. We require that you return to the salon so you can discuss any concerns with your service provider. The salon will make every effort to correct any outstanding issues by scheduling a redo appointment with the stylist that performed the service no later than 2 weeks of the initial service.
CANCELLATION
POLICY
Please note that once you have scheduled an appointment we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. Canceling or rescheduling less than 24 hours in advance will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of your reserved service. We require a credit card to hold your appointment. Cancellation fees will be charged to the card on file.
